We Ensure Better Education For A Better World

SKECH TRUST is a Non – Government Organization founded for the purpose of eradication of poverty in rural areas, improving socio-economic status of small and marginal farmers, agricultural labourers in Mudukulathur Block of Ramanathapuram district, in 1998. It has carried out number of constructive projects for the development of agriculture not only in this block but also in Paramakudi and Kadaladi blocks in this district. Gradually it has extended its activities to the other districts like Madurai and Thiruvannamalai in Tamilnadu state.

Objectives

The specific objectives of our organization are to eradicate poverty in rural areas, to develop agricultural sector for the benefit of under privileged communities, to initiate livelihood programmes for the welfare of rural poor women, to stop the migration of people from Mudukulathur to other districts and foreign countries, to provide quality education for poor and lower middle class people and basic infrastructures equal to urban etc.

Educational Initiative

In modern societies of Ramanathapuram district, the parents think and wish that the quality education is the only solution to survive in future and many parents wish to provide high standard of education in sophisticated and modernized matriculation schools functioning in metropolitan cities and corporation areas for their children. Just only for this purpose, many parents shift their families from Mudukulathur area to those places and spend huge amount of money they hardly earned for their children’s education. And it is observed that they spend almost all the money they earned only for feeding their kids with quality education.
